Captain Travis Mingo (retired USCG) Skipper of the Norwalk Maritime Museum’s research vessel “Spirit of the Sound” will talk about coordinated international efforts in anti-piracy and chasing cocaine cowboys around the world from the Horn of Africa to the Gulfs of Oman and Aden to Japan and the Arctic Circle.” His talk promises to be extremely interesting, and there will be plenty of time afterwards for Q&A.
